In everyone’s life there are people who spread negative vibes, who spoils the fun, resist in doing greater things and does not support our self-improvement. This group of people can be called “toxic”. Think for a while and look around you, if you find one then this article is for you. It will help you to maintain certain distance and keep you away from toxic people.
Sometimes you feel anger, frustration, or sadness after talking to few people. It’s because this person unconsciously sabotaging your personal growth. It’s important to learn how to deal with such people for your happiness and growth.
Maintain Distance Instead of separation
You should know when to maintain distance with them. Separation from them will make the situation worst at times. Depending on person’s ability to deal with situation decides the reaction they come out with. When going out for some interview, or buying a new car its better you maintain distance with them as they may unconsciously feel jealousy.
Nowadays people make friends in social media, its better you invite or accept only those people who feel good about you and support you. As your post may annoy them and they comment about you in sarcastic way.
If you are in a situation where you cannot maintain distance from them e.g. person is your roommate, colleague, neighbour, family member or relative. Try to avoid argument with them as people tend to bombard with lots of “Unnecessary GYAAN (knowledge)” which is irrelevant or unrealistic according to you. Better you bid them good bye and move on to live your day.
Don’t take them seriously

Live the life the way you want, avoid them as much as you can to keep your energy positive. If possible let them know they carry some negative vibes so that they can try to be better person and enjoy life instead of spreading tension, worry, negativity.
